Terms & Conditions for Vendoura Hub Community Platform

Welcome to hub.vendoura.com (“Vendoura Hub”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vendoura Hub website and services (collectively, the “Platform”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using Vendoura Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Vendoura Hub. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
1.2. By registering for an account, posting content, or using any services on the Platform, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1. To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. User Content and Conduct

3.1. “User Content” means any text, images, videos, or other materials you post on the Platform. You retain ownership of your User Content.
3.2. You grant Vendoura Hub a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with the Platform.
3.3. You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that violates any third party rights.
3.4. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed objectionable, without prior notice.

4. Community Guidelines

4.1. Be respectful, inclusive, and professional. Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated.
4.2. Stay on-topic within groups; use designated discussion channels for the appropriate subjects.
4.3. Do not solicit or spam other members. Promotional content is only allowed in designated areas and with prior approval.

5. Vendor Listings and Sales

5.1. Vendors using the Platform to list products or services are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and inventory.
5.2. All transactions are between the vendor and the buyer; Vendoura Hub is not a party to any purchase agreement.
5.3. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and tax regulations.

6. Donations and Community Projects

6.1. Nonprofits and NGOs may solicit donations through the Platform. Donors acknowledge that their contributions are irrevocable.
6.2. Vendoura Hub is not responsible for the use of donated funds and does not guarantee project outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content, logos, and trademarks on Vendoura Hub are the property of Vendoura or its licensors.
7.2. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials from the Platform without express permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
9.2. Vendoura Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendoura Hub’s total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in fees, or $100 if you have not paid any fees.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vendoura Hub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other policies at our discretion.
11.2. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases, and any User Content may be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
